Hello from the Wiggio Customer Service Team:

Do you ever have a problem logging in? Really want a new feature? Can’t figure out how to get a screen share working? We can help!

We pride ourselves on having the best customer service in the industry. Our goal is to get back to all users within the same day and we usually get back within an hour if not within a few minutes. I’m sure some of our users can attest to the 11pm email conversations or responses within a couple minutes.

We love to hear from users. We’ve been doing this for over a year now and feel like we’ve become friends with some of our users who email everyday with feedback, stories and problems.

We also love suggestions. If you’ve checked out some of the recent changes to the site, most have been because of your feedback. We now have Virtual Meetings which lets groups have a live video/audio conference with screen-sharing, whiteboarding, and real-time file exchange. Links can now be organized in the Folder section. Soon we’ll be adding a To-Do list to help groups keep track of who’s doing what within a project. We get hundreds of suggestions and comments from users each day, and we read and discuss each one individually.
